The First Place award-winning dish: Westin Kāʻanapali Ocean Resort Villas Chef Francois Milliet’s Sweet Molokai Potato Gnocchi with wild boar bacon, Kula onion, currants, pine nuts, and micro basil. This was our other favorite. Guess we have good taste! © 2012 Sugar + Shake
