Kapalua Wine & Food Festival 2012

Unfortunately, we cannot find our copy of the little menu we were handed, and since we had the menu, Sugar did not photograph the menu placards. So. We have no idea what this was or where it came from. We suspect it may be from Makena Resort; definitely a seared fish of some type (possibly Hamachi, since that’s a locally-raised fish).
